How can I be successful?
Use first person and active voice. Rather than saying that something was done, say who did what. Make it very clear to the reviewer who took which actions, and if you as the candidate did not take the action personally, state what your role was such that it demonstrates why you’re mentioning the activity and how it demonstrates your skills or experience.

The Open CA Experience Profile application forms have been updated to align with Version 4.0 of the Open CA Conformance Requirements, which include the addition of the Digital Architecture Discipline, and Version 1.2 of the Open CA Configuration Document.

Open Professions System Migration

The Open Group has implemented new systems for Open Certified Architect (Open CA) and Open Certified Technical Specialist (Open CTS) certification. You have been re-directed here as you tried to access a URL on the old system.

Annual Renewal / Program Participation Fee

The Open Group Professional Certification Program has required certified individuals to pay an Annual Fee each year on the anniversary of achieving certification in order to maintain their certification and continue to participate in the program.

The Annual Fee has been discontinued effective July 1, 2019, but the re-certification fee due every 3 years remains. See the Fee Schedule for further information.

Joining a Peer Review Board

A Peer Review Board is a group of subject matter experts appointed by the Certification Authority to assess applications for a Milestone Badge or for certification. Participation in a Peer Review Board is by invitation only. To be eligible, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Open Professions Legal Agreements

The following agreement is entered into by candidates for all activity in the Open Professions program, including for Milestone Badge applications, Experience Applications (for certification), and the Open CA Declaration of Continued Practice (for Open CA re-certification).
